Agreement between user and Next Gen Transport, Inc.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All transport services provided by Next Gen Transport, Inc. are subject to our Standard Carrier-Shipper Agreement and governing laws of the State of Colorado.
2. Services & Quotes
Quotes provided via our website are estimates and do not constitute a binding contract until a Rate Confirmation is signed by both Next Gen Transport, Inc. and the client.
3. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited as per our insurance policy and the Carmack Amendment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Denver, CO.
